Scot V. Hallberg
Since 1989 Scot has been a licensed real estate broker, landlord, developer, and lender. With a focus on investment real estate and financing/lending he helps folks realize their hopes and dreams, providing the best possible service for his clients.
Scot Hallberg grew up in Rhode Island and attended the University of Rhode Island. Upon graduating he went to work on an offshore commercial fishing vessel for seven years during which he learned the value of hard work. Scot was exposed to the real estate, finance, and construction industries from a young age, absorbing all that he could during his formative years, proving a natural transition into these fields.
Scot is solutions-focused and able to act as fast as his client's needs require.

Caleb Manchester
Caleb is Co-Founder of Equity One, and Managing partner at Commonwater Partners where he leads the company in developing and managing its opportunity pipeline while overseeing acquisitions, entitlements, concept design, financing, and investor management. Prior to Commonwater Partners, Caleb founded Gansett Ventures where he specialized in developing transit-oriented housing projects in Greater Boston, which continues to be a focus for our team. In addition to his work in the real estate industry, Caleb moderates an Entrepreneur’s Organization forum in Boston, as well as frequents as a guest lecturer at UCONN’s Real Estate and Urban Economic Studies program where he was honored as the 2019 Alumni of the Year.

Wendeth O’Neill
Originally from Western New York, Wendeth is an experienced real estate broker with more than 19 years of sales experience. A strong finance professional, she has a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry with a focus on buyers, sellers, landlords, and developers. She holds a Rhode Island and Connecticut real estate license, is customer focused, dedicated and highly dependable.
